So glad for the up beat post. Not a day goes by that I don't check. Joe is in my thoughts every day. I am amazed at his courage and the circle of love that surrounds him.

Carol,
I'm kept relatively current by Phil Allen or Bill Walsh but I wanted you and Joe to know that I think of you both often and you're always in my prayers. I'm glad things are going in the right direction.

Wonderful update to read. The Smith family is always in my thoughts and prayers. The 6th floor renovation is a constant reminder and tribute to Joe. Drew sends his best wishes, too.

To read this report though about 3 weeks old is still very heart warming and I am hopeful that as of today Joe is even doing better. Our prayers are with you and Joe and please let him know that my wife, Mary Margaret, and I are thinking of him and will continue to be praying and believing that "all will be well" someday and that you are both invited to join is here in beautiful sunny California any time he is up to it !!!
