Michael P. Nancollas, M.D.
Dr. Nancollas specializes in Hand & Wrist and upper extremity problems. He has lectured internationally on the subjects of thumb arthritis and the use of imaging techniques in the diagnosis of hand diseases. He has a particular interest in the treatment of thumb arthritis and nerve compression disorders. He utilizes the latest arthroscopic and endoscopic techniques in the management of these problems.
Dr. Nancollas uses his personal experience as a musician to help many local amateur and professional artists overcome their upper extremity performance related injuries. He has been an active voice in the treatment of musicians through his presidency of the local Performing Arts Medicine Association.
