Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists Continuing Education presents the 2023 Joint Replacement Symposium. This interdisciplinary event will feature speakers from all disciplines of the joint replacement team. The overarching goal of this program is to provide a detailed overview of the entire joint replacement journey, from the initial diagnosis to full recovery from surgery.

Presenters:
All of the physician members of our Joint Replacement Team are board certified orthopaedic surgeons. SOS Joint Replacement Team: Dr. Michael Clarke, Dr. Brett Greenky, Dr. Max Greenky, Dr. Seth Greenky, Dr. Kevin Kopko, Dr. Anthony Orio, and Dr. Daniel Wnorowski. The panel will be joined by Julian Jennings, PA and Stacy Griffith, PT.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the appropriate providers to include in an interdisciplinary joint replacement referral network and each provider's role in the care circle.
- Improve patient outcomes by identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate risk factors.
- Identify indications and contraindications of different surgical techniques and treatments.

**This program is targeted towards Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Physicians, and other sports medicine clinicians. ATs are eligible for 3.5 Category A CEUs. There has been no commercial support for this activity. Registrants wishing to receive reimbursement for events that charge a fee must do so in writing (email responses are acceptable). Requests received up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event will be given a full refund. In the event of an emergency, health or travel-related reason for needing to cancel after the 72 hour deadline, a written request for refund must be received within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event. Special circumstantial cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and up to a 75% refund may be issued.**
