SOS PLUS Liverpool is closed until further notice. SOS PLUS Dewitt is open regular hours weekdays: 5pm-8:30pm and weekends: 10am-2pm.

SOS PLUS is one more way SOS provides total orthopedic care to the Central New York community.  A walk-in orthopedic service, SOS PLUS treats patients of all ages with acute* orthopedic conditions requiring immediate attention. Patients are promptly diagnosed and treated, avoiding costly and unnecessary visits to the emergency room.

SOS PLUS treats medical conditions that need prompt attention, but are not life-threatening.

Devoted exclusively to the treatment of non-emergency, orthopedic injuries, such as closed fractures, sprains, sports injuries or recently painful, swollen joints, it is staffed by certified physician assistants and nurse practitioners who specialize in orthopedic injuries and work with SOS board certified physicians who are available for necessary consultations.
