For Windows or MAC users, click TeamViewer Quick Support.
You will be presented with dialog boxes the say... "Run", "Yes", "Ok" or something similar. Click the box that moves forward... do not click cancel.
Once TeamViewer Quick Support has started, please read the ID and Password to the support person.
Note: This process does not install software on your computer. This process simply gives SOCS Support a temporary connection to your computer. Once the connection is terminated, SOCS can never reconnect to your computer without your permission. The password you see in the connection client is randomly generated every time the software is started and can not be reused.
