Oswego Road Clinic
- Take I-81 South
- Take exit 29N to merge onto NY-481 N toward North Syracuse/Oswego
- In 6.9 miles take exit 12 to NY-31 toward Cicero/Baldwinsville
- Turn left onto NY-31 West
- Drive 1.6 miles and turn left onto Oswego Road/ Route 57
- Drive 0.7 miles and turn left into the SOS building
- Take I-81 North
- Use the right lanes to take exits 23-24A-24B
- Of the 3 exit lanes, stay to the left, and take exit 24A – Onondaga Lake Parkway/370 West
- Merge onto NY-370 West/Onondaga Lake Parkway
- Continue through the Village of Liverpool and continue onto Oswego Road/ Route 57
- Drive 5.8 Miles on Oswego Road/Route 57
- Turn right into the SOS building. (If you’ve reached Route 31 you’ve gone too far.)
- Take 31 West
- Turn left onto Oswego Road/ Route 57
- Drive 0.7 miles and turn left into the SOS building
- Take 31 East
- Turn right onto Oswego Road/ Route 57
- Drive 0.7 miles and turn left into the SOS building.
