In order to connect with your provider, you must have the current app version. If you’re not sure of your app version or if you avoided the update, please go back and update your version now and then re-enter this appointment from your email. We strongly recommend smartphones instead of laptops.
Poor Wi Fi is the most common reason for a failed virtual visit. Please move close to your Wi Fi router now, even if you feel you have good signal strength.
