You will receive an email containing the details of your scheduled virtual visit appointment along with an email reminder 24 hours prior to that appointment. Please follow the directions in that email and enter your visit at the appropriate time by clicking on the appointment link.
Please make sure you are in a quiet location with good lighting to eliminate possible distractions and enhance the quality of your interaction. You should be dressed appropriately, as you would for an in-office visit, and be prepared to visit with your doctor for your full appointment time.
At your appointment time, you should click the "Go To Appointment" button and you will be placed in the Virtual Waiting room until someone is ready to assist you. If you have any concerns about your virtual visit or wish to convert to an in office appointment, please contact our offices.
