Dr. Wulff is a board-certified, fellowship-trained  orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery. He specializes in cervical and lumbar spine surgery as well as minimally invasive outpatient spine surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Vermont Medical School and his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Dr. Wulff actively partners with Eagle Condor Humanitarian, and has participated in humanitarian medical expeditions providing surgical services in Lima, Peru.
