Kelsey is an athletic trainer certified in New York State. She is currently contracted to provide athletic training services through Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists to local high schools and small colleges. Prior to this position, she worked for Cayuga Medical Center as an Athletic Trainer in a Physician’s Practice in their Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance Clinic. Before working at CMC, she was a graduate assistant athletic trainer primarily for the Ithaca College Women’s Gymnastics team and worked intermittently with other IC teams as well during their 2019-2020 seasons.
Kelsey received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2019. She returned to her home state of NY shortly after to begin her graduate education in Sports Psychology and graduate assistantship. She is a former student-athlete of lacrosse and enjoys CrossFit, Olympic weight-lifting, and hiking recreationally. She currently resides in Sterling, NY with her partner CJ, his son Jayden, and their dogs Amani and Bodhi.
