New Process for Disability/FMLA Form Requests

Effective Thursday April 24th, Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists will partner with MedRecs Management to handle all Disability and FMLA form requests. As a result, we will no longer accept Disability or FMLA forms in our offices. A limited selection of forms will still be accepted at our reception desk; this list will be available on our website.
